Hitoshi Masuzawa (b. 1945) is a lecturer and curator of the Gotoh Planetarium and Astronomical Museum in Tokyo, where he worked for 32 years until 1998. He conducted historical research on Chinese constellations. The name was suggested by O. Muramatsu.
