Jacqueline (Jackie) Diehl (b. 1963), the first chair of the White Sands Star Party, has promoted astronomy through the Alamogordo Astronomy Club. She managed Space Camp at the New Mexico Museum of Space History and has been education and public outreach coordinator at the National Solar Observatory.
