Named in honor of the poet Takuboku Ishikawa (1886–1912), who lived in the late Meiji period in Japan. He published his first collection of poems, Akogale, when he was 20. His most famous work is Ichiakunosuna, containing 551 poems, published in 1910. (M 21131) _ _.
